BYU Football, Church Steeple, Girls Lunch

BYU vs. Air Force
We had a blast taking Spencer, Annie and Garett to the BYU/Air Force Football game in November. My mom was able to come for the game as well. We went down to CO Springs early to attend the Pre Game Tail Gate party. The kids had fun meeting Cosmo, painting there faces and getting into COUGAR mode. The game was great and ended with the win. Always more fun to watch BYU win!

Annie made this poster and had Cosmo sign it!
This is Spencer's BFF Brady who is Utah fan (sort of). He's slowly but surely switching to Cougar Blue with each passing day!
This was Garett's first BYU game ever. He LOVED every minute of it. Cheering, eating, chearing, eating, eating, cheering!
Did I mention eating. A whole new world of sports opened up to G-man as he realized you didn't have to sit and watch the game. You could sit and EAT and watch the game.
The Cougars doing the "Haka" (sp?). It's the Polynesian Warrior dance they do before games. It's really cool!

Everytime the Cougars scored Adam would lift Garett in the air the number of points we had on the board. He got really tired by the end but had a good work out. Don't ya love G's little fingers sticking up like #1?
Me and my Momma!
After the game Annie and Spencer ran down to the front of the stands and shook hands with the players. They also called out for the cheerleaders. One of the guys came over and took Annie out of the stands and lifted her up! It was definitely Annie's highlight!
Our Cougar Family (minus Logan who stayed home with a babysitter)

NEW CHURCH
Our new church is being built just around the corner from our house and the day they put the steeple on Logan and I went over to watch.
Did you know that a guy actually stands inside the Steeple to guide it into place and then climbs out the little hole once its in place?

Future Young Men. These three little guys will be running through these halls before we know it. Nathan Smith, Logan and Andrew Sorenson.

Children with Diabetes Luncheon with the Girls

My friend Erin and her Mother in law (Marty) invited me and a few other girls to a fun afternoon luncheon in support of the Children with Diabetes. Marty sponsored a table and we spent the afternoon browsing the silent auction, watching a fashion show and eating a yummy lunch. It was so fun to do something out of the ordinary and have some good quality girl time!
