Coach Scott said Spencer was a "Leader" to his team, had "Heart" for the game and said that he LOVED coaching him.

LAKER vs NUGGETS
For months Adam, Annie, Spencer and Garett have been waiting for the night when the Lakers came to town to play the Nuggets. They each opted to get no birthday presents this year and, instead, get tickets to the game. They all wore their Laker's Jerseys and headed off with huge amounts of excitement. Sadly, they came home less than excited after the game because the Nuggets WHOOPED the Lakers! Here's to the Memory... (and to cute kids and a hubby who LOVE their Team-I love the Lakes too but opted to stay home with Logan and Avery and go to see "Astro Boy" instead :-)

Our whole Family has Lakers Jersey's with different players. Annie is Jordan Farmar (who changed his number to 1 this year- Annie is quite distraut over it), Garett is Andrew Bynum, Adam is, of course, Kobe Bryant, Spencer is Pau Gasol, I'm LaMar Odom #7, Logan is Derek Fisher #2 and Avery has Lakers Girl outfit.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT

So, speaking of the Los Angeles Lakers, we have a big announcement....Adam has been transferred and we are moving back to California. The past few months have been agonizing for us while we tried to make the decision of whether to go back or not. We've been here for 7 years and have LOVED every minute. It has truely become our home and the thought of leaving is one that we've had a hard time wrapping our heads around. Ultimately, as we weighed the pros and cons of leaving CO, we decided its the right thing for our family and an opportunity Adam can't pass up with his career.

We put our house on the market a few weeks ago and within two weeks we got an offer and are now under contract to be out before Christmas. Currently we are homeless as we have an offer on a house in California but its a short sale and who knows how long it will be before we know if we'll get it or not.

I think out of the 7 of us I am having the hardest time with this move. Not only to I love COLORADO and all the comes with it: seasons, great outdoor activities, my house, my neigborhood, my ward...I have an unbelievable group of friends! I know I always say that but I say with all the sincerity of my heart! My girlfriends here mean so much to me! They have been by my side through everything I've been through since we got here. We have so much fun together, we help raise eachothers kids, we spend time with our families together and we learn and grow from knowing eachother. I have truely become a different, and better (I think) person because of my friends and their amazing support and examples. I know we'll always be friends, but thinking of not being around eachother on a daily basis breaks my heart!

So now I think we're caught up on our life! The next few weeks we'll be CRAZY busy so if I don't post, expect a HUGE one in January!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving (and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year if I don't post for awhile)!
